Welcome to JamesLamps. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products:
JamesLamps sells handcrafted resin display lamps and related add-ons. Because products may be handmade, each lamp may have small differences in resin patterns, colours, smoke effects, figure placement, and finish. These differences are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Product images:
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and lighting may appear slightly different depending on your screen, room lighting, or the handmade finish of each lamp.

Pre-orders:
Some products may be sold as pre-orders. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that extra crafting and processing time may be required before dispatch.

Pricing:
Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers, or discounts at any time without notice.

Orders:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. JamesLamps is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Add-ons:
Optional add-ons such as shipping protection, warranty, or mystery box items may be offered during checkout. These add-ons are only included if selected and paid for.

Returns and refunds:
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property:
All website content, branding, product photos, text, and designs belong to JamesLamps unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Limitation of liability:
JamesLamps is not responsible for indirect loss, delays outside our control, or misuse of products. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
