Return and Refund Policy

At JamesLamps, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Each resin display lamp is carefully made and checked before dispatch.

Change of mind returns:
We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped. Because our lamps may be handmade, limited release, or pre-order items, please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at jameslampshelp@gmail.com Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Pre-orders:
If your item is a pre-order, please allow extra crafting and processing time before dispatch. Refunds are not provided simply because of normal pre-order waiting times, unless required by law.

Return condition:
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition it was received, including original packaging where possible. We will provide return instructions if your return is accepted.
